The Shops at Willow Bend is a two-story, super-regional shopping center located in Plano on Dallas North Tollway at the heart of the rapidly growing DFW market. In 2018, a $125 million redevelopment project brought 420,000 SF of mixed-use space, evolving the center into a new type of destination with celebrity chef owned and operated dining experiences, Class A office space, the Plano Children’s Theater, the third Dallas-area Equinox, and one of five Crayola Experience family entertainment centers in the US.
